Elsie
Elsie is more of a district than a town, but it has some points of interest so I have included it here. Located on Highway 26 between Portland and the Beach, Elsie sees a lot of traffic. Some of it stops. Other small settlements spot the map--Jewel, Hamlet, Lukavilla,Vinemaple--but the action is clearly along the highway.
