Dayton
Dayton somehow managed to grab Fort Hill's thunder when about 1911 the Fort Hill Block House was moved to Dayton. The Block House is still an attraction in the city park. At first glance not much else catches the eye, but a short drive around the down town discloses several excellent Victorian homes and some nice churches too. The down town itself could use a little help.

The top two pictures are front and back of the Fort Hill Block House.
The middle set of pictures is the Pioneer Church with its beautiful stained glass windows.
On the bottom line is the old brick church in Dayton built in 1886 and a classic Victorian home situated across the street from the Block House.
